If you decide to officially request our services, you will be glad to know we are very flexible for payment and deposit. We accept cash, personal and certified checks and credit cards. In order to secure the chosen date, a deposit of 25% is requested. Our prices include the taxes but please note there may be additional fees for transport if your event is located more than 1 hours away from our office. Please note that once the event is passed, BSP Entertainment does not accept refund request.
If your event gets cancelled, your deposit can be fully refunded up to 7 days prior the event. When the deposit is confirmed, you will receive an official receipt and signed contract to confirm all the details relative to your event. Please note that if your event is outdoor, we will require overhead protection in case of rain. Also, the location of the venue will require to be accessible 2 to 4 hours prior the event starts for the crew to install the required equipment and also 1 to 2 hours after to pick everything up.
